Aging and Life Transitions

Setting a course for the future is why people consult a gerontologist.  Getting old isn't easy but it can be fulfilling and joyful.

Traversing the "system" can be overwhelming. Senior adults have lots of questions about aging and seek direction, knowledge, guidance, advice, and encouragement.

People only have one shot at aging and yet, little is known about the aging process. While unscrupulous "experts" want to sell a product to prevent or delay aging, most people need practical and credible resources to make informed decisions about aging. Consulting a gerontologist is a sound step in the right direction.
